FAO: A clear to opalescent, oil in water containing liquid, to be applied directly or after dilution in water, when it may form a diluted micro-emulsion or a conventional emulsion.
A mix of anionic and non ionic emulsifiers is necessary for micro-emulsion. Typical tailor-made blends for emulsification can be used alone or in combination with a non ionic emulsifier. The sytems proposed are stable over a wide range of temperatures.
